Good article here with Cael talking about PSU's 2016-17 lineup. It looks pretty salty, but they do have some question marks.

125: Nick Suriano (TR FR)
133: Jered Cortez (SO, RS for a year at ILL, no real NCAA experience yet)
141: Jimmy Gulibon (SR, DNP last year, 5th place at 133 in 2015)
149: Zain Retherford (JR, defending NCAA champion)
157: Jason Nolf (SO, returning NCAA runner-up)
165: Vincenzo Joseph (RS FR, Top 10 recruit)
174: Bo Nickal (SO, returning NCAA runner-up)
184: Matt McCutcheon (JR, DNP last year, R12 in 2015) or Shakur Rasheed (SO)
197: Anthony Cassar (FR?, injury issues)
285: Nick Nevills (SO, inj last year)

The middle of their lineup is brutal -- Zain, Nolf, and Nickal were all NCAA finalists and could enter the year at #1 in their weights.  The guys Nolf and Nickal lost to (Isaiah Martinez and Myles Martin, respectively) are expected to move up a weight this year. And Cenzo is just a RS FR, but he was a big-time recruit who's looked good in open competitions and the like.

They have some question marks at the top and bottom of the lineup, though. Suriano was a Top-5 recruit, but he's still a TR FR in a weight with some real sharks.  Cortez has had some solid results in open competitions and such, but hasn't wrestled matches that counted for a while. Gulibon was pretty up-and-down at 141 last year.

McCutcheon is very solid, but injury-prone.  Rasheed is talented, but has had weight cutting issues (albeit when he was trying to make it to 165; 184 *should* be a much better fit for him). Cassar has had a few shoulder injuries and has little experience. Nevills was another Top 10 recruit, but injuries have sidelined him so far and he also doesn't have a ton of experience.

PSU still looks very good and they're probably the preseason favorites if only because they have three major horses in Zain, Nolf, and Nickal, but they have some definite question marks as well.
