So now we know that Chris Doyle is the highest-paid strength and conditioning coach in the country -- but what does he strength and conditioning training with Doyle actually look like?  Thanks to a new highlight video by Iowa football's ever-excellent video production staff, we have a much better idea of what they do during the offseason to prepare for football season.

Lifting, box jumping, sprints, agility drills... you name it, it's on display here.  The only downside is that it's difficult to identify some of the players when they're not wearing numbers.  A few are pretty obvious -- C.J. Beathard, Desmond King, Josey Jewell, LeShun Daniels -- but several others are harder to identify.  Ah well -- just enjoy the highlights of Iowa players training for the new season.  Actual football is almost here again, friends.

Also, is "be the hammer" the new motivational saying for the team, the way "break the rock" was a few seasons back? Could be.

"Be the hammer," huh?

Or maybe it's viral marketing for the new THOR movie.  Can't say no to that sweet, sweet Marvel money, right?
