College basketball is officially done for another year, so it's time to start thinking about college football, right?  Well, maybe. At the very least we can discuss the odds for winning the Big Ten next year, as Golden Nugget has released their odds for every team in the league:

TEAM ODDS
OHIO STATE 8/5
MICHIGAN 2/1
PENN STATE 5/1
WISCONSIN 6/1
MICHIGAN STATE 20/1
NORTHWESTERN 20/1
IOWA 25/1
MINNESOTA 25/1
NEBRASKA 25/1
INDIANA haha
ILLINOIS you
MARYLAND must
PURDUE be
RUTGERS joking

Unsurprisingly, three Big Ten East teams top the list -- Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State are the big kahunas in the league and that doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon. Wisconsin has the best odds of anyone in the Big Ten West, at 6/1. The Badgers have appeared in more Big Ten Championship Games than any other B1G team -- four. (They haven't won a Big Ten Championship Game since the halcyon days of Legends and Leaders, though.)

Iowa is tied with Minnesota and Nebraska for their seventh-best odds to win the league, at 25/1. Northwestern is the only non-Wisconsin team with better odds from the Big Ten West, at 20/1. It's a touch surprising to see Iowa and Nebraska behind Northwestern, but the Wildcats do return several key players from last year's squad. And, really, there isn't much difference between 20/1 and 25/1 odds.

What do you make of these odds? Fair? Off the mark? Enticing? Let us know in the comments.
