Last night (1/17/17) Central Michigan played Ball State in basketball and since I live in Muncie, where BSU is located; CMU is coached by Keno Davis; the nation's leading scorer plays for CMU, Marcus Keene; and the cheap seats were only $6.00, I decided to go to the game.
It was a surprising entertaining game. Ball State jumped out to a quick lead, but then lost it and went down 10 in the first half. By the end of the first half though, Ball State went on a 18 - 2 run to take the lead back at halftime.
Keene had 20 points in the first half. He made 6 threes and 2 free throws. He cooled down in the 2nd half, but it was amazing to watch him in the game, especially the first half. Everything he threw up, it went in. He finished the game 8/17 on his 3pt shooting.
Ball State never relinquished the lead after half time and beat the Chippewas 98 to 83. It was a very entertaining game.
