Found this on hawkeyesports.com the official U of I football/athletics web page.  Let me be the first to say I am EXTREMELY concerned that an 8-year old will be suiting up for Iowa this fall.  Harrell could get badly injured by some of his older and more physically mature teammates.

However, maybe the Iowa coaching staff is really on to something with some obscure loophole they found in eligibility/recruiting rules.  Getting guys on campus ten years before they can play to start their development really early.
